"When I Look Into Your Eyes" is the sixth single released by American rock band FireHouse. The song, a power ballad, became the band's second hit ballad, reaching No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending October 17, 1992. The song peaked at number 65 on the UK Singles Chart for the week ending December 19, 1992.

When it came time to write songs for FireHouse's second album, their primary songwriters set out to compose something similar to the big hit from their debut album, "Love of a Lifetime." CJ Snare (vocals) and Bill Leverty (guitar). Once again, they came up with a big, romantic ballad, this time about seeing forever staring into a lover's eyes. It did the trick, becoming nearly as big a hit and fitting in very well among the hair metal power ballads of the early '90s.
